Accessory Find of the Week: Savage Salvage

The infamous ;) "Mermaid Farts" Necklace
I stumbled upon this gem of a jewelry line when I saw a twitpic of a gorgeous pearl necklace with a funny name “mermaid farts”. Savage Salvage is a wonderful, eco friendly ( all materials are upcycled) costume jewelry line which uses the Etsy site as its virtual store front. What I love about Savage Salvage is you can find great, literally one of a kind statement pieces, and even better Stephanie Moreau the wonderful creator and fabulous designer will work with her customers own family heirlooms into a piece, which at this time of year makes for a wonderful anniversary gift.

"Preserving the Family Legacy" Necklace ( I want this BAD!)
The line was birthed in 2008 from the collection of wonderful antiques Stephanie had collected ( and still does) over the years, the collections is also vast and isn’t just comprised of necklaces, but also bracelets, earrings, brooches, as well as unisex pieces. Better yet, Savage Salvage has a wide price point with pieces ranging from $20-$200 so there really isn’t any excuse not to buy a one of a kind piece. HAPPY SHOPPING!
