This eyeliner can stand toe to toe with its department store counter parts. The formula is deeply pigmented, and applies smoothly. If you like this particular type of formula of eyeliner then this may be one of the best and economical options. The Slanted Eye Brush that comes with is good only if you are in a pinch, it’s best to invest in a better brush with a longer handle and better bristles.
