Beauty Quickie: e.l.f. Studio Cream Eyeliner

WHO: e.l.f. Studio Cream Eyeliner

WHAT:
Cream eyeliner (potted)

HOW (it looks, smells , cost etc):
The eyeliner is creamy with no scent, similar consistency to pricier department store brands, and deep in pigment. Cost $3 for 0.17oz and a slanted eyeliner brush.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
Isododecane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Polybutene, Polyethylene, Barium Sulfate, Cyclomethicone, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Propylene Carbonate, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide (CI77891), Red No.40 Lake (CI 16035), Mica (CI 77019), Blue No.1 Lake (CI 42090), Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510), Ultramarine Violet (CI77077). Ummm WOW

WHERE TO BUY:
eyeslipsface.com, Target, and I’m sure other drug stores where e.l.f  products are available

THE VERDICT:
This eyeliner can stand toe to toe with its department store counter parts. The formula is deeply pigmented, and applies smoothly. If you like this particular type of formula of eyeliner then this may be one of the best and economical options.  The Slanted Eye Brush that comes with is good only if you are in a pinch, it’s best to invest in a better brush with a longer handle and better bristles.

Overall Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars (Excellent) and 1 out of 5 (Awful) for the brush
